We stand by the efficacy of our solutions and recommend using them for at least 14 days to fully assess their benefits. If, after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee period, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at support@littlease.com.

Cancellation Policy We understand plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond this period, we may be unable to accommodate your request as your order will have entered the processing stage. For cancellations made within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If you are not satisfied within the 60-day period, you are welcome to return the product. Please note, however, that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Initiating a Return To start a return process, please contact our support team through our Contact Us page or directly at support@littlease.com. For a quicker resolution, please include your Order Number or the Name and E-Mail Address used for the order.

Damaged Items Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit. If you receive a damaged item (excluding minor damage to packaging), please inform us within 72 hours of delivery at support@littlease.com, including a clear photo of the damage. We’ll assess and respond with the eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost. Please note, we do not cover damages from normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery We aim for prompt delivery, but please note that Littlease™ is not liable for delays outside our control, such as courier issues, customs, or other shipping-related challenges. For delivery problems, please contact the courier service directly. Littlease™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected within 24 hours of order placement, Littlease™ cannot offer a resend or refund.
